Packing, export documentation, freight route and after-sales communication coordinated by one team.
Before we quote
You can start with partial information. These are the decisions our team closes with you before order confirmation.
Inside the supply process
What appears on the offer
Claims are tied to the exact model, serial status, configuration and destination shown on the quotation.
The offer separates the main unit, selected options, required accessories and any software or subscription items.
Condition, included rails, bezels, caddies, cables, documentation and packaging are stated before order confirmation.
Selected parts are checked against current manufacturer documentation and available configuration tools.
Validation, allocation, testing, packing, export clearance and transit are shown as separate milestones.
Provider, duration, service level, covered geography and material exclusions appear on the quote.
The offer or sales contract states the DOA notice window, written RMA process, return-freight responsibility, inspection or restocking charges, non-returnable configured or licensed items, remedy and return location.
The named destination, packed size, freight method and quoted Incoterms® 2020 rule are recorded clearly.
Project path
Send the model, workload, quantity, preferred condition, deadline and destination.
We close configuration, compatibility, licensing, power, accessories and acceptable alternatives.
You review availability, condition, inclusions, warranty, timeline, packing and freight terms.
Testing or seal review, photos, protective packing, export documents and carrier handover follow the approved scope.
Buyer questions
Yes. Send one spreadsheet or message. We separate servers, networking and components into the right technical review, then return a consolidated commercial offer.
Availability and lead time are confirmed after the exact model, configuration, condition, quantity, destination and compliance review are complete.
Only when they are itemized and confirmed on the quote. Hardware ownership does not automatically transfer subscriptions, management entitlements or feature activations.
The quote states whether coverage is provided by the manufacturer, a channel partner or ASTER RACKIT, together with duration, region, service level and exclusions.
We use serviceable OEM packaging where available, or ESD protection, immobilizing foam, double-wall cartons, pallets or crates selected for the unit weight and route.
Terms vary for factory-new channel goods, configured systems, licensed products and international pre-owned orders. Before purchase, the quote or sales contract states the DOA notice window, written RMA authorization, return-freight responsibility, inspection or restocking charges, non-returnable items, available remedy and cross-border return point. No return is accepted without written RMA approval; the signed commercial terms control.
