Warehouse & packing

From receiving to a well-prepared shipment.

An equipment order is more than a list of model names. Review the units, accessories, inspection requirements and packing plan together, before arranging collection or delivery.

Protection by product type

Choose packing for the equipment and journey.

Switches & modular equipment
Identify removable modules, PSU and fan direction, optics and any handling requirements for a chassis or line-card shipment.
SSD, HDD & memory
Agree on anti-static protection, individual separation, connector protection and lot identification. Avoid mixing unlabelled models in the same package.
Multi-carton orders
Request consistent carton numbering and a packing list that makes it clear which units and accessories are in each package.
Palletized consignments
Discuss pallet dimensions, weight, stacking limits and handling constraints with the forwarder before booking.
Customer collection
Confirm the collection point, booking, contact person and required documents. Do not dispatch a vehicle before the order is released.

Warehouse questions

Plan collection with confidence.

Can I visit before shipment?

Please arrange an appointment and identify the order or equipment you want to review. The team will confirm the location, availability and visit arrangements.

Is every pictured unit available?

No. Gallery images show equipment and working areas, not real-time availability. Quantities, condition and lead time are confirmed for each quotation.

Can you provide packing photos?

Ask for the images you need when agreeing on the order. Confirm whether you require unit labels, accessories, inner protection, sealed cartons or pallet views.

Can I use my own forwarder?

Discuss collection and handover requirements with the team. The final arrangement depends on the order, destination and agreed delivery terms.
