Internal chassis options
Risers, fans, retention brackets and cables depend on the installed configuration. Include CPU population, storage layout and intended PCIe devices when asking for a kit.
Part-number discipline
Same manufacturer does not mean the same part number.
OEM option numbers, service-spare numbers and component-manufacturer MPNs are distinct purchasing identities. Similar hardware is not an approved substitution.
OEM-labelled parts
Specify the server brand, full option or spare PN and exact target system. The manufacturer marking can be recorded alongside it; it must not replace the OEM number on your order.
Component-brand products
Specify the manufacturer MPN and required specification. These products are quoted under their own identity, with host compatibility and any proposed OEM alternative reviewed separately.

- Agree category-appropriate checks and the available results. Drive health, memory tests and adapter checks are different inspection scopes.
- Complete accessories
- Confirm the exact carrier, bracket, cable, rail or mounting kit on the packing list. Unlisted accessories are not assumed to be included.
- Protective packing
- Specify protection suitable for the equipment. Servers need full-base support with thick pearl-cotton foam; keep loose metal parts separate from the chassis.

Is a rail kit universal within a brand?
Do not assume so. Confirm the exact chassis, rack arrangement and rail number.
Are mounting screws or a cable arm included?
Only when listed in the kit contents or quotation. Ask for the complete accessory list.
Can a different riser fit the same chassis?
Physical fit is only one consideration. CPU population, slot resources and other installed options also require review.
How should accessories be packed with a server?
Keep loose hardware separated and the chassis fully supported by protective material. Agree the packing arrangement before dispatch.
Can I send a mixed-brand parts list?
Yes. Keep each brand, complete PN, quantity, condition preference and target system on its own line. Identify whether alternatives may be considered.
Do you sell new and pre-owned parts?
You can request either condition. The offer must identify the supplied condition, inspection scope, warranty terms and included accessories for each item.
Will a request reserve stock or place an order?
No. The request is a draft for discussion. Availability, pricing and order terms are confirmed separately.
Can customers visit the warehouse and workshop?
